Does anybody in your household have a snoring issue?
About 2 years ago I began to snore. It got to the point that my soul mate, better half and fan of over 36 years had to sleep and leave the space on the sofa. In summary she wasn’t getting much sleep at night, and I wasn’t getting much quality sleep either.
My partner stated “NO” to that concept, as the sound from the device would be as bad as my snoring. It talked about a design called a “Snore Guard”. I called the physician at the sleep center and asked why he never ever discussed this possible option last year.
To make a long story short, I went to my dental professional and got the snore guard. I do not snore and I do not stop breathing in my sleep. Ask your dental practitioner about it or simply the generic term “snore guard” to see what he or she may advise.
