The Fdration Internationale de Natation FINA is a Global Swimming Federation acknowledged by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for administering global competitors in the marine sports. Headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, FINA has numerous swimming sports governing bodies running under its umbrella to suppress the efficiency boosting drugs & steroid usage in swimming.
